How do I create an account?

  1. Click the 'Sign In' link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click the ‘Sign Up’ button on the right hand side of the page. 
  3. Fill out required fields and click the 'Sign up for an account' button.
  4. Select ‘Go to Homepage’ and begin shopping.

How do I place an order?

  1. If you are already logged in, please go to the food ordering page.
  2. Select the date, meal period, and pick up time you wish to pick up your order.
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to order. 
  4. Click “Check Out ” button at the top of the menu. 
  5. On the following page, click the 'Check Out' button after reviewing your order. 
  6. If you are not logged in to your account, either sign-in, create an account, or select Guest Checkout.
  7. Complete all the required fields on the Check Out page including contact information and credit card information.
  8. Review the Terms and Conditions and check off the button. 
  9. Click the ‘Complete Purchase’ button to complete your purchase. Please do not click this button more than once to ensure you card is not charged more than once.
  10. You will receive a confirmation email of your order. You can also track the status of your order by clicking on the link in the confirmation email OR by going to the order status section of the website and entering in your order number and email.

I forgot my password, what do I do now?

  1. Click the Sign In link on the top right hand side.
  2. Click the ‘forgot password’ link and enter in your email address. 
  3. You will receive an email to reset your password within a few minutes.
  4. Click on the link provided in the email to reset your password.

My account is locked, how do I unlock it?
Please follow the same steps noted above for forgot password.

Why do I have to create an account?
Creating an account allows you to save your data for quicker, future ordering, as well as allows you to track order history under your profile, and opt in for marketing communications.

Password Best Practice

  • Pick long passwords, at least 8 or more characters
  • Choose a combination of numbers, upper case letters, lower case letters, and special characters
  • Try not to use a common dictionary word, a name, a string of numbers, or an alphabet sequence

What is a CVV?
Credit card verification value (CVV) is a three-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card.
